Re'Yon Shares a passion for building infrastructure to bridge the church & community, which led him to start Impact Connection. Re'Yon brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the specific area of Organizational Leadership, specializing in Project Management Execution for various companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kroger, AAA, and Duke Energy, to name a few. He received his bachelor's in organizational leadership and later pursued his Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master Certificate (CSM). He believes actual change starts with simple, solid planning & strategic development. This profound experience has led him to apply those same practices to the non-profit sector, which will aid in bridging the church & community for transformational change.

Chris Harris - Co-Founder

Chris Harris brings a series of experiences working in outreach development and strategic planning. Chris is excited to support a strategically grounded think tank organization like Impact Connection. He currently works in leadership for the Louisville Water Company, advising on best practices for safety and improvement, and has served as an assistant pastor on previous boards. Chris will spearhead a new initiative out of the Impact Connection umbrella called the Impact Academy. It will be an online discipleship training platform to train people to impact the world around them through various online training modules launching in early 2024. Chris hopes to add value to this organization's growth through a combination of skills and resources he has acquired.

Duann Mathis


Duann recently joined the executive board of Impact Connection. She hopes to help our communities attain greater autonomy for self-fulfillment and independent growth. Duann offers various non-profit experiences in governance, finance, and operational compliance. This includes collaboration with senior board members and management staff to create initiatives and strategies that engage accountable and effective public and private goal execution with our community constituents.

Duann's diverse perspective stems from platforms that address community traumas, spiritual brokenness, social injustice, and equitable educational resources. She has volunteer experience on many executive board terms. Duann is licensed to practice nursing in the State of Ohio, and is an author of children's books and ministers in a local church in Cincinnati, Ohio.Ā 

Antonia Love - Consultant CoordinatorĀ

Consultant Coordinator
Antonia Love is a mental health professional with over 42 years of experience. Specializing in rehabilitating youth with severe behavioral health challenges, Antonia supervises several facilitators who handle implementing processes, programs, and services that ensure client's needs are met in an all-encompassing way.

Throughout 28 years at Talbert House, Antonia—has designed and implemented several programs and supports focusing on mental health treatment and advocacy for youth and their families. These programs include Talbert House's High Fidelity Wraparound Program, which has received national recognition as one of the best programs throughout the country; Life Skills Coach Supports, which provides hands-on guidance to youth experiencing difficulties within their home, school, or community; and Ujima Services, a program that offers partial hospitalization with a Wraparound component. The programs Antonia has consistently implemented are a testament to her commitment to youth mental health in a direct and action-based manner.

After graduating from Withrow High School, Antonia attended Central State University, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology. In her free time, Ms. Love enjoys spending time with her now adult children and other family members, traveling with family and friends, reading, and horseback riding. Of all her vacations, those of the tropical persuasion are easily her favorite, with Greece next on the list of Passport stamps!

Overall, Antonia believes in using her skill sets to deliver a more significant community impact.
